Location: Dahlias & Details Shop located inside the Capitola Mall by the Target exit.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the workshop, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled workshop.
Ticket Transfers: Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.
